Billy Parisi: Thanks for stepping. Well, I’m Chef Billy Parisi and you are watching fixmyrecipe.com. Our new fix were continuing that vegetable series. I got a chicken; I got a beef, what kind of vegetables blah, blah, blah.
Today is awesome, Roma Tomato Stuffed Creamed Spinach. Pay close attention, you are going to love this recipe fix. Alright, making Roma Tomato Stuffed Creamed Spinach is actually is a lot easier than you think; to start, we need a sauté of this garlic and sweet onion, once they are nice and caramelized we are going to deglaze with white wine simply add in our cream, we do sit until it’s nice and thick. At that point, we are simply going to hit in our spinach. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper and remember, season once, taste twice. Once our cream spinach is done, we are just going to simply leave it to this side and now we are need to prepare our tomatoes. Here is what we do, you want to cut this bottom part, so we can stand up nice and flat. Next, we are going to cut top off, use a tomato shark and get all the guts out. You can see how awesome these little tomato cups look; now we simply need to season inside with little salt pepper, little more flavor. Remember that awesome Cream Spinach we just made, we are going to stuff the inside, top of little Panko Bread Crumbs and we are going in the oven for eight to ten minutes on 350 degrees. Oh, Wow! These look and smell and incredible.
Let’s go ahead and hidden plate this up and you know I have got to try one. Oh man, there is nothing better than cream spinach and especially all that cream that is flavored, don’t forget it. You are going to love this brand new Roma Tomato Stuffed Creamed Spinach.
Once again, thank you all so much for writing in for all your vegetable request. I hope this fulfills your every need. Remember all that fat is all that flavor. Comeback tomorrow, see our feature fix of the day.
