Nathalie: Hi it’s Nathalie.
Miranda: And Miranda from Costume Crops.
Nathalie: And we are here today to show you our holiday table escape.
Miranda: It’s a lively.
Nathalie: Basically like it’s amazing and it basically everything that we’ve created the last
couple of weeks and it’s all here on this table and we’re just going to show you
how each individual project can look really good on it’s own but together it just is
for just and it has a real wow factor.
Miranda: They’re really good come together. First of all when I sit down I like to see is this
amazing little poise, oh my god.
Nathalie: Yeah this is something that we made that a dual purpose like Miranda’s little
place card that we have that you were put the name on it. And then attached to it
is the ornaments and we just watch glass ornaments that you can find at your local
craft store and fill them the jelly bean craft paper, stamps with some of the new
zing and powder so really easy fun to make and then after you dinner is adjourn
your gas have something to take home and put on the there treats that’s kind like a
favor.
Miranda: And truly it’s going to have a memory type of all of it.
Nathalie: Yeah and it’s there personalize name which is kinds of different something that
we made personalize that you made which I love.
Miranda: Another little gift here that they could take with them and has a little initial on it.
We use the shrink film and then use what is the gold again?
Nathalie: So, alcoholing.
Miranda: Alcoholing, that’s right and then some of our red stickers which is really puff and
match our glass in this cases.
Nathalie: And we cut the shapes from the wintry.
Miranda: When it’s cold outside.
Nathalie: Yeah, really, really cartridge. So, we have somebody from things here.
Miranda: I know our little napkin holder.
Nathalie: The napkin ring holder that you work on.
Miranda: This was the 10 seconds medal, the ruby—
Nathalie: Burn red.
Miranda: Burn red and then we use a couple of bag ambushing folder and when over with
some just metallic gold acrylic paint.
Nathalie: Really cool in fact because we did a D back technique on there and just so , so
cool.
Miranda: And this match, our little flower pot in the center of the table use the exact thing
technique and—
Nathalie: So just an example of like how two different things is on your table that are
completely different purposes, we’ve got a napkin ring and a flower and planter
can tie everything together. You can do as the same techniques with you do it
yourself because working to find napkin rings and planters.
Miranda: I have no idea but all you making resolve.
Nathalie: That rights, when we resolve. So one of the art rule things that it will hard to show
because they’re under our plate right now the placemat that we just grab some
burl up from our local craft store, we used the tensile that we cut out on the
cricket expression machine they prove our craft down for material. Some gold to
craft paint and again we are trying everything together some snowflakes.
Miranda: Using the same color paint and they’re out.
Nathalie: Right.
Miranda: And you use the same blur up on them.
Nathalie: Right, if you can see the hang in here we tensile the tiding of great joy. This
tensile we made with prove of craft down for material but instead of the cricket
machine which we do love. We use the like SED and we use the available font on
our computer to make a really cook lay out. So, and then on the back of the chairs
we created this really cool pine cone and we just to use some gold German glass
glitter and the attached them really, really simple, easy craft technique to do but
just add that little extra touch and makes it really, really cool.
Miranda: So I think that I’m learning with this is really if you just pick a color scheme and
you scan a stick to it and make different things when you bring it all together as
on you kind of stay within that theme, is going to coming together really.
Nathalie: Very, very elegant and you could not only do this for holiday but if you get into a
New Year’s Eve party or a Mother’s Day Banquet or you could do at baby shower
so just really, really easy to do it yourself and just make it all them worth special.
Miranda: Yes, and save lots of money and on its conversation piece.
Nathalie: Absolutely. So one things that is not on our table but you can have around your
dining area are the wreath that we created and basically all you need to do that is a
wreath form that you can find in your local craft store and if you have a book that
is maybe a sentimental value you can certainly use the pages from a book or you
can use old chip music, you can use old pages and we just rolled them up and put
them on the wreath form and use some graphic 45 paper and some creep paper
from the most of our friends line which is a hot, hot product.
Miranda: And last for the middle of the table, we kind a added some— these are real green
and some flowers from just a local grocery store and then just put a local candles
throughout and got all different shapes and sizes and different texture. We have
glitter colors of ornaments to go around the table that help it tie together and
another important note whenever you are making your centerpieces you want to
make sure that they are low so that you can carry on a conversation and you are
not having to look around it or anything like that. I know that’s happen to me
before and you always end up just taking it off to the table so this way you keep
the walk and you don’t have to worry about or moving it from the table. So I think
that’s it.
Nathalie: Yeah, really complete the whole table looks and brings everything together so I
guess all is left is to cheers and happy holidays.
Miranda: Happy Holidays from Costume Crafts.
