Creating A Balance Between Work And Personal Life

Host: How can I create balance between my work and personal life?
Ria Moore Benedict: Creating balance in your life is one of the hardest things you can do, but of course one of the easiest things you can do. The first thing you should do is make a list of all those things in your life that make you feel good about your life; the activities that make you feel like you are having a good life. And so, for me for example, that would be spending time with my family and friends, work activities, having time for me, pampering me, learning new activities, all of those types of things.
So, then you take a look at how you are actually spending time in your life and where you see an empty category, then you know, you need to refill that and/or rebalance your life. So to do that, get out a calendar and start marking on your calendar those activities to make sure that you have some balance.
