Hi, I’m Kristin Crosby from I do wedding essentials in downtown Centreville Virginia and I’m here at the beautiful Thomas Burk B house in downtown historic Leasburg as well and today were going to talk about how to setup a candy buffet for your wedding.
I’ll show you how to pick your containers and packaging, choose your candy, prep your containers and candy for travel to your reception site. Similar to buffet and also we’ll talk about other options for your buffet.
The supplies you’ll need when setting up your buffet are pretty simple. You’ll need a variety of glass or crystal containers, a variety of candies, some scoops or chunks or both and different packaging options for your guest. If someone has a nut allergy or something like that, you might want to consider labeling your candy but other than that just don’t choke.
Before we begin, let me tell you a little about myself. I own I do wedding essentials, it’s a small wedding supply shop and we sell things like invitations and all their types of wedding supplies and we also do some candy buffet planning throughout the year for brides and do things like custom favors and things like that. So lets get started planning your candy buffet.
