Dr. Stevens: When you leave on campus you want to make your room you’re your own and so how do you create a pleasant living environment. Part of that is the relationship with your roommate. Communication is key with that so always talk about the issues that are bothering you or the issues that are surprisingly pleasant to use so that your roommate knows about those. In addition the room is just a box and you’re going to make that your personal space so think about what pose you want to bring what kind of music you’re going to want to playing, do you want to put drapes on the wall, do you want to put things on your closet. So how do want to make that your personal space will make that a much more pleasant living environment for you.
