In this film we are going to take what was an original sketch, pencils and markers turned into this PhotoShop idea. I had to build the actual piece of furniture, three dimensionally and we do it by drawing. So normally what I would do is actually dimension these. Create dimensions so that they are accurate in terms of human scalability and ergonomics but I am not going to do that. Right now, I am just going to simply give you the appearance of that this model looks like. So we have got this line sketch and what we do is we simply extrude it. As you could see, you have total control over how long we want it to be, or how short. That is it, that is our start. That is the sit, the arm rests that we are going to be using. Our last sketch, we kind of rounded everything off, so what we are going to do is do something called a fill it. We are going to take the edges that we want to fill it. We are going to see how that looks by rounding it off. We can always go back, no matter what we do, we can always go back and change it. So if that was too much, if that looks a little better we will keep it at that. You will notice, I can go back and forth. I can go back to the original sketch. I could change that. So we are going to add certain fill its to this piece according to what I had sketched out before. And basically, this process really involves finessing it and just creating something that you think visually, what looks right. So, we will start with that. Those are our armrests and now we want the back of the chair. So, we create a new sketch, again very rough at first. And we will go and finesse that. You have got certain parameters here that you can use. We want these lines to be parallel for instance. I will make this a little thinner. Just do whatever we need to do until we are happy with it and then again extrude it and we create more fill its. And you can see we are getting closer to that sketch. Now lets look at it without those lines and that is pretty close to where our sketch was. Now what we are going to do is create our legs. Alright again, extruding, this time we are going to do what is called the thin extrude and we want that frame to be hallow. Ideally it will be made out of steel and we are just cutting through it. So now we put our lines back on to give it perspective and more or less that is our idea. Of course, the proportions are not accurate but that is the basic idea of that. Of course, with more time, you develop it a lot more and you make it more accurate. But for the sake of showing it today, I think that is fairly accurate.
