2-3-4, stick my feet together. Now they are magnetized. Make sure I am in the center of the spectator. I would miss the rack while I was talking till I get a hold of a material and I would say, “Okay watch.” while I am doing this and talking to them saying, “Stay right there.” I am taking my left hand removing the panel. I want to come back around, I just pull it apart so it is done. Now, I am ready in position to take my leg right out.
Remember, it is important to create some misdirection. You do not want them concentrating on your legs at this point. You want them looking elsewhere so that you can do the dirty work which is probably the most difficult part to get your leg out implanted and then to get the leg back in, so you really need to be slick. So when you are in this position, I usually just bring my hands forward while I come and get everything in the position.
Now the next phase of this is just literally to balance your self, as we have discussed before and just create the illusion in presentation that you are going to float. Ark your back, you look up in the air, bring the hands up and breath. And now, you got to keep your heel pointed to the ground. You keep the back of your legs toiled. And then you can land, how does it look?
“That is good”
Now you will feel you float up to the top or you can float back down. And you get your foot back in but if you float to the top, you can float up to the top. And then this is the position you land in. your foot actually lands on top of the shoe. This is obviously the most difficult technique and the fact to do, which I did on a side walk and also did in a bar.
