Electrons go to the ground and positive ions are accelerated in an electrostatic way against a negative potential. Meaning that a little power is required to reach great kinetic energy (about 600KeV for Boron Hydride).
The junction among magnets is protected against charged particles by the phenomenon of Magnetic Reconnection and by Continuous Ion Injection.
Metallic/Dielectric Mirror Internal Coating should reflect most of the electromagnetic radiation back to the plasma recycling the energy of Bremsstrahlung radiation.
The Magnetic Confinement consists of a set of independent superconducting magnet lenses adjustable to focus and confine the plasma (reagents and products).
The Electrostatic Confinement consists of electrical insulation between magnets and the armature confines only reagents, allowing products to escape towards to superconducting magnet bending.
Neutralization:
Plasma Positive Ions will attract easily electrons form Neutralizers.
Electron extraction from positive potential will increase positive voltage.
Plasma will not reach full acceleration after neutralization.
The System will receive energy from plasma allowing the flux of electrons from ground to positive potential.
Electron extraction from negative potential will decrease negative voltage.
Plasma will reach extra acceleration before neutralization.
The System will transfer energy to plasma pulling electrons from ground to negative potential.
