Cut corn off the cob - without the mess!

Greg: Here is a quick and easy method to cut corn off the cob. First get a bundt pan. Second place in your corn in the center of the bundt pan. Third with a sharp knife cut vertically downward along with the kernels that fall into the pan. Rotate the cob all the way around so that you can cut all the kernels free. This way the kernels fall into the pan and not on your cutting board. I know from experience that when you have braces it's much easier to eat corn off the cob than on the cob. Continue to rotate the corn until all the kernels are free. Break up the kernels and there you go. Fresh corn ready to cook.
