In the workplace, at the movie theater, keep your neck in a neutral position and that’s probably the most helpful thing that one can do. Second, good conditioning, the spine is supported by the muscles around it. Keep those muscles in shape. As we get older, the spine wears out, the muscles seemed to deconditon at the same time and we get neck pain. And thirdly, just avoid heavy activities, strenuous activity.
