DCS 30 Inch Range - Convection Oven
I am going to go ahead and pull and try it now. We are going to talk about the convection on this particular unit. Again, I love to bake bread. I love to boil and do steaks in my oven because it is really hot. You can actually on this unit, you can cook your on tray you can cook your side, you can bake your pie all at the same time because of the convection. What happens is you put your entire meal in there at the same time and you have all the airborne oils that are sucked in through the convection and basically, for lack of better words, done away with. I mean, it just does a great job and let me show you how this particular unit works. And we are going to go ahead and we are going to take…that is the bottom piece here that you pull out. And what you got there is, there are a couple of things that are unique about this unit that we are going to show you. It is a gas convection and most gas convections, they are not sealed and this unit has a sealed gas convection. In other words there is a piece of glass that seals in that burn and because it is sealed in and actually distributes the heat perfectly. I mean absolutely perfectly and so, again you hit the convection, you got all your airs. They pull down through here. They come back over the flame and then on this particular unit right here, so you can see it, you can see, I am going to call it back wings. You got the wings here. The air comes up, the process starts all over again and so it is moving that air around inside the unit and does an absolutely, just a professional job. I mean, you know, I just cannot say enough about it. Oh, so just you can actually see the sealed burner and this convection unit. You know, we just wanted you to see this so that you can see how it was set up and how they are getting there even heats. The other thing that we want to show you in this unit is, just run the fan just a little bit, that is your convection fan back there and it pulls the air through the unit. Again, like we explained earlier. So, again we just wanted you to get some close up shots of this particular unit. It has got the two lights on the inside. So again, the sealed burner and rollers, the convection, and easy clean up. This is a self cleaning unit. You shut the door, you hit it on clean, you go there and just wipe your glass downs. You don’t have to worry about stuffs getting all over your element, all of your burners having that smell from your last meal on it because your unit is clean and ready to go. So this is our DCS 30 inch Gas convection oven that you can cook in any house because it is going to fit in the place of just any household unit out there.
