Now we would like to talk to you guys a little bit about the various venting assemblies that are offered by DCS for their indoor cooking equipment. First of all, DCS offers for their drop in cook tops. They offer a down draft system which gets installed behind the cook top itself. Now, this come in two different sizes into the 30 or 36 the master cook top in a pool 600 cfm on each unit. And basically how this thing works is, whenever you are ready to run this rig, you got button here on the side that allows it to pop open but the DCS is kind of thought about this a little bit because it is not just a real quick hit of the button, to open this thing, you actually have to depress the button and hold it for a minute. The reason being is because if you are actually cleaning your stainless steal, it just goes and open on you while you are just wiping it down and so, to open it, you have to actually push and hold it for a minute then raise up and turn it on.
Now, please be aware that the audible noise that you here from these particular rig is going to get a bit louder than it would be in your home and the reason being is because here at this map kitchen, we do not have the assembly actually vented out anywhere and so it is going to be a little bit louder, but what you do is you pop finishing it off and if you got a control of this office, it is it s side that allows you too very how much pull you want to use to run.
Turn on. And it can create a certain amount of drag depending on how much you turn it on and off. And just for an example, what we would like to do is to get a paper plate, would mend right here which I should have showed you the force which this unit will pull on. I am going to crank this rig up. Let us all take a look at it.
Paper plate, those whole oven rigs, got a pretty good pull though on this rig. Real simple than you just turned it off. Push and hold button for second and then it will drop down on. Again, down draft system offered by DCS.
