Quality attractive knobs on each one of these units and what is neat is, is that when you got this particular units on this one is not hooked up but you got lights here that will show you when each one of your burner assemblies are on and so it makes it really easy, you know to check and see what has happen, as well as what I though was even neater than that is for your other section you got two buttons here. That says heating and ready and so you are doing your recipe and it needs to be at 400 degrees, you set your knob at 400 and the blue light already comes on.
You do not have to come back and look at the gauges on unit to know when it is ready. Whenever you breach that 400 degrees temperature the heating light goes off and the ready light on. It does not get any easier than that.
So, you got all your all controls here as well as you have your oven lights, you actually got two one on each side and you have one for your smaller oven where we are going to put this in and then if you want to bring your larger oven on this particular side. Again, this particular version is the dual fuel and so we got the electric elements on me and what you have here is you got your smaller section on this left side, and then your larger one on the right
Now, I know what you think, you are thinking “Oh that is ridiculous”. I do not know if I ever used that small resection but on the contrary what we found is that people who get in the assembly like these, they find that they are using the smaller section more than they do the larger one and the larger one comes to be used for the larger get togethers or what have you. And, the reason being this is because you just looking at smaller platters or smaller dishes, this is going to take less time to heat up, your using less energy. We get a lot of folks that actually tell us that they using small resection more often than they do the larger one.
But you do have your large unit here if you are cooking bigger platters or bigger dishes. But, something that I would like to let you guys take look at is, is that this pan that what we got in place is the same size as what the commercial chefs and the professional use, that is a 26 by 18 pan and it is something that,-if and this is a little secret here if you come to a dinner at my house I am not excellent cook, I might have it catered and that plays an important role because individuals do might come and cater something they are going to have these three size platters.
And so, it makes it very easy for them, they are not trying to manipulate their recipe that depends to your oven. This will fit on DCS larger oven cabin and so pretty neat. The other thing I thought about here and I do not know if you guys noticed just how easy these racks are pulled out, look at here one finger, very, very simple to pull the racks out, real smooth, rolling in, rolling out, and that is on both of your larger as well as your smaller oven assembly here.
They forgot a real good seal on this door; you got it here on the top as well as the sides, then if you do have a vacancy down there at the bottom because you do have to have some air flow into the oven cavity. That is just how special how this units do have to work with. The doors on both units are very easy to open and close. I tell you it feels real good, no jerking, it is moving and closing up and down. Also, something that I would like to take you look at is how large the window is on this particular assembly? Here something that I found my self doing is instead on my assembly insight I do not have that big of a window and so upon myself want to crack it open to take a look and see what is going in there. So, if anything you are actually something that they say over here at DCS is that you are cooking by the look had a large window here that allows you to view ones to the inside. Again, it makes it really easy when you are using a large portion of the oven.
Also, with this particular assembly by DCS, you got convection fan that is mounted on to the inside of the unit, It really does an excellent job as far as circulating the heat, it allows to get some crispy edges on some certain dishes and that is something that is found on both larger as well as the smaller assembly here on a DCS.
Hi guys. One of the thing that I like to point out to you folks, actually I was fixing to open particular oven up is to bring in when it rains. Something that it is pretty neat here is of course, you know this particular assembly is circulators of the material that keep it well insulated but the distance in between the handle and the unit itself versus if you had a ring on that will help you. And keep your hand and possibly jewelry away from the door of the stainless part of the door itself so you are not going to have scratching on that particular unit but it is a very attractive handle and it is also used in your indoor commercial equipment but
But, I am hoping this thing up for you, I get my range buddy you know the stuff out of here that you guys take a look at the convection fan assembly, it is in the back of the unit. And it does, what basically, circulates the air within the unit at certain dishes. That is my best that will be the best way to cook and basically you got you fan in the back, you turn it on and it is circulates the air within. And again, it really is the best way to do certain dishes that you have out there.
