Again, easy clean up, they made it so easy here with their grill built into the right surface. Now, I want you remove the plain timing device and you can take a look at the burn. Stain steel burner 18,000 BTU’s to U-shape burner and something that is really, really neat on this unit along with, you know, really everything is neat.
But, the ignition system on this burner is different than a lot of others that are out there. What they have is glow plug ignition and I tell you I am so excited because this unit is live and we will able to let you guys take a look at it.
But, what you do as you turn the unit on this particular section on the on position this glow plug fires up and it glows just an unbelievable orange color and once you got the temperature sensing device and once there is hot enough temperature coming off of that glow plug it releases the gas to the burner which then ignites off of that extremely hot assembly.
And, here we go what we are going to do is, I am going to go ahead and turn this on for you guys and to let you all see what it looks like, I got the knob in the light position and within just a few seconds you are able to see that glow plug start to glow really hot., there it goes. And, get that thing fired up and it just glows extremely, extremely hot, this is a similar type that device that they use on diesel engines, this glow plug ignition very reliable.
Alright guys, once that temperature sensor is getting the appropriate or steaming the appropriate heat off of that glow plug, it sends a signal to the control valve which releases the gas to the burner and they fires off of the glow plug ignition.
I mean again just you know the outmost in technology and fall up behind this particular unit really need assembly here about the CEOs this is the hard position. And then, again you can crank this down to low just barely blue is the flame coming out utmost control from high to low as well easy point and all.
Alright guys, this is another shot at the stainless steel burner that you use on the DCS of the grill for DCS ranges, that is something that I would like to let you guys take a look is here, again folks as you can see on cleaning and easy maintenance and stuff like that. This burner just simply popped right out, I am going to let you all take a look.
But the burner just comes out here, just popped right out of place. Once you have the burner out of the DCS range grill. It is easy to clean, what the factory recommends is to just let the chemicals do the work and what you do is you get an easy off stainless steel oven type cleaner, you spray it down on to the inside and that stuff will do a good job of eating away anything that is on their, you know wipe at all off and then your set up and you are ready to go as far as cleaning.
Alright guys and there you have it. You got to take a good look at the DCS grilling section that they have on their outdoor ranges and we do appreciate you guys for letting as know.
