Eric: This week on BFX includes the tramp, the return of Mike Johnson and how to make a snow machine. Hello internet.
Most of you should remember mike as one of the regular cast members when BFX was back in California. Now that we’re in New York, he’s been dying to be on the show.
Mike: The check is going to clear, right? Because the last one you gave me didn’t.
Eric: Yes, totally.
Mike: You guys are going to pay for my ticket, right?
Eric: Yup. Look at that…. No, over there.
This project was requested by Stupid Talent Productions and they want “a snow machine that won’t cost a fortune”. No problem STP, we’ll give you that and even throw in some cheap wind effects for free. Hey Mike, want to spin the wheel?
Mike: No.
Eric: Will you?
Mike: Will you give me the check back?
Eric: Hey Gary, want to spin the wheel?
Mike: Here is what you’ll need for this build. Eight soda case boxes, three coat hangers, duct tape, two painter poles or broom handles and potato flakes.

Mike: Start with the card board boxes that come at the bottom of cases of soda. Using duct tape, secure your eight boxes and three coat hangers together like so. The coat hangers will help increase rigidity and also provide us with some handy places to tie strings. I used basic nylon string with a 20-pound wave on it. Next, use a screwdriver to poke a bunch of holes in each box. Then, add about three big boxes of potato flakes, raise up with painters poles and broomsticks and then shake and shake.
For fake wind, have two dorks wave two pieces of poster board each up and down. For an added trick, tie a piece of fishing line to a scarf and then wave it around.
It’s time for the test film.

Mike: Remember kids, I am also going to be around for next week’s film. Thanks for watching and I hope that everyone has an awesome Thanksgiving. Don’t do drugs.
Remember, using recycled material is good for the environment and it is insurance that mother won’t f*** you up.
