Daddy Clay: How are you there and welcome back to the DadLab lounge brought to you by Baby Bjorn, I am Daddy Clay.
Daddy Brad: We are at here the back deck at Freddie’s Place we are going to care in the barbecue, I am Daddy Brad.
Daddy Owen: I am Daddy Owen; today’s question is do people treat men with the baby and the baby carrier different than women with the baby and the baby carrier.
Daddy Clay: Do you get treated differently than women get treated when you get the baby in the carrier and you walk around.
Daddy Owen: I think so I got a new level of hot.
Male: People love to see mothers with their children.
Female: I think man get more attention and more—
Male: They have told me that they find that attractive.
Female: Dad with the little baby and the carrier hold said, oh, that is very cute.
Daddy Clay: I think it makes you look hot?
Daddy Brad: Yes.
Daddy Clay: And walking around with the baby.
Daddy Brad: If you like puppy it is better it is times 10.
Daddy Owen: Fertile man willing to make babies with women.
Daddy Brad: He makes babies and then he hangs out with the baby after making them.
Female: I think it is like very sweet and I think you know that is great whereas it is expected of the moms.
Female: Still even a woman wearing a carrier you still get usually positive responses.
Male: It is kind of like common place to see a woman, but how often do you see a father carrying a baby.
Female: If it is a mom not just the standard so you do not like think twice about it.
Male: I am not sure what all women’s perception is?
Female: I appreciate that I think oh well what a loving Dad that is my thought.
Daddy Clay: No, no, no I do not want your praise because I am just an equal co-parent and this all do you get adventure we call parenting and I do not need you telling me that I am doing a good job just because I am man.
Daddy Owen: And get lot more advice of from strangers and than my wife, he thought a better hats have you thought about shoes, why you are smoking and breathing in her face should that syringe be in her hand.
Female: I were arguing the baby care all the time or more arguing the baby care all the time. We both got good feedback.
Daddy Clay: Did you have to say to women who thought that was really cute, like “no, take it” you know protection territory.
Female: Yes she knows who she is.
Daddy Clay: How about guys caring the baby as oppose to the stroller? I am sure it is better for the baby.
Daddy Brad: Hands free, hands free pop, pop. You can do that you at time of the stroller.
Daddy Owen: What—
Daddy Brad: You are dying are you still [voice overlap].
Daddy Owen: Where are you taking—
Daddy Clay: That wearing the baby is better for your kung fu.
Daddy Owen: Well the carrier conversation has come to the end here at the lounge.
Daddy Brad: I would not scare the sack of potatoes 20 yards and the paper bags before it busted up.
Daddy Clay: If you got a coherent thought about carriers, please join us at the community at dadlabs.com share your thought with us. That is all for us this week here in the lounge.
Daddy Brad: I carry a lot of potatoes in that bag.
