Sarah Cox: Hi this is Sarah Cox, here from Low Carb Vegetarian Living, and I have some question like if you are making it over weight. This lesson 8, this is not lesson number 8 putting it all altogether. So I found last 3 lessons we‘ve been talking about the building blocks of the Low Carb Vegetarian Diet. We talked about your Carb which is mostly not sachy vegetables, we talked about protein which is basically on egg whites tofu and also fats and oils.
So you are not seeing avocados olive that kind of thing, and now we are going to bring it all together and show you how to put it into your meal, how to make meal out of the building blocks and how to make those meals into meal plan for the weight, and you will notice that you’ve good some bonuses in your lesson.
The 4 bonuses, the first one is your daily assessment sheet we’ll write down what you have for each meal and what building blocks were included in that meal and the idea is being you are focussing on the building blocks and you will try to not eat anything that is not really included in the diet.
And the second bonus is your Low Carb Vegetarian food pyramid, which I developed myself because I couldn’t find no proper pyramid that I could actually use so I made up a pyramid to show you, you know what food to focus on what food is do not eat quite so much off so I hope that, that helps.
And the third bonus is your weekly planning sheet so you will be able to go through and plan out what you are going to eat for the week so you will do that start of the week, and hopefully that will give you some idea so what going on your shopping list and you can be more focused when you go to the shops.
And the fourth bonus is, is this video I would have making now, this is going to be the first of the series of videos, and I am going to show you for a whole week so I have 7 days, I am going to show you exactly what I eat for a week, and I am going to be filling up my daily assessment sheet which will scan it all have a well before and yeah this a, day1, so I will see how this got and I will see in the next video which will be the assessment of my day, hey I’ll see you there thank you very much.
