Today, I’m going to show you how to cook a quick lunch called the dan dan noodles. The ingredients
you need is about 450 gram of egg noodles and cook in boiling salted water according to the package
instruction and drain and keep it hot. Other ingredients we will also need is 6 spring onions chopped,
three crushed garlic cloves and two inches of root ginger, peeled and finely chopped here and we also
need two tablespoons of a sesame paste and two teaspoon of red wine vinegar and some chili oil and
about one tablespoon of soy sauce and one and a half pint of chicken stock.
Let me show you how to make this dan dan noodles. First of all plunk 4 tablespoons of water with
sesame paste and place in a pan along with ginger, garlic, two teaspoon with rice wine vinegar and one
tablespoon of soy sauce and then cover in moderate heat for five minutes. Just beware of the spoon
sticking on the bottom of the pan so stir it constantly, frequently. Just leave there for five minutes.
Meanwhile boil the chicken stock in another pan and bring to boil and simmer for two minutes and then
add the spring onions.
Just give a quick stir. Divide the sauce into four portions and divide the noodles into four portions and
then, pull over the chicken stock into each bowl. One or two, and then add some hot chili sauce. If you
don’t like it very spicy, just add a little bit according to your own taste. Mix the sauce and the chicken
stock well with the noodles and there you go, your dan dan noodles. Enjoy.
