Hi. I am Diana Power and I work as a print model and television actress and also as a part model. So it is very important to take really good care of my skin and today I am going to show you a few simple steps to help you get great looking skin.
It starts in a shower with your energizing body scrubs. So I love this Neutrogena fresh citrus body wash, because it is light and gentle. You do not need to anything that is too abrasive or harsh or going to bring your skin, but the key is to define something with some micro bead in it that are going to wash away the dead skin layers and help promote new skin growth. That is a key for your start.
Regular soap is too drying so you want to find something that has more moisture in it. I use oil of Olay all throughout moisturizing body wash. This is my favorite because it is best lather that I found and when you get out of the shower. Your skin is still feels moist. I have fair skin and rather than bathing in the sun I prefer to give my self a natural glow with a self-tanner. I use a self-tanner on my face, I also use one for my entire body, and I found that the best one on the market is Clarins. They have a great liquids on self tanning gel you use on your face and the secret that I have is that you mix it one part self tanner with one part of your regular moisturizer and I love to use as a secret because my skin is so dry, a night cream as my daily moisturizer. It hydrates your skin more than a regular daily moisturizer.
I research and I found this PG body butter. It is so crazy, it is like literally you put it on in the morning and you will still feel it till the next morning on your body, it is so hydrating. What I found is to get that natural glow look all over your body. Jergens has a great daily moisturizer; it is a lotion that is made for your entire body. If you mix this also with one part of your hydrating body butter, you are going to get a really smooth look that is not going to looks sticky or running line all over you or an orange icky color, it is going to be a natural, nice brown healthy glow.
At the end of the steps, it is important before you go out into world to protect your selves with a good sunscreen and SPF 15 to 30, I like this Aveeno sunblock because it does not have any oil in it. We have already lathered our selves up with so much moisture that is the end when you put on you top layer, you do not want to have that greasy look. It is great to find an oil-free sunblock just to top it up and protect yourself.
The last trick is this coco butter. I was on a shoot, this makeup artist starts rubbing me stick all over my face. She found little imperfections and marks blemishes crack and her tip for me was to keep this on my car, keep it in my purse and whenever you are feeling dry or you see a little spot or mark come up on your skin, just rub this on it and it is going to care of it.
So these are few, easy ways to keep you skin looking great.
