Today it is a Latin move and it is called the samba and it is a little bit trickier so I want you to be patient with yourself when you are trying to get the move. We are going to go over to one side first, here we go. You are taking it over, pretend you are tracking a soccer ball or you are doing a rock step.

When you exercise, your body releases the chemical and it is called endorphins and they run all the way through your body and they give you a natural life. They make you feel great so that is why you want to exercise. Let us try it on the other side.
