It separates your brain, it’s use it sort of you can’t feel the pain. On the street it’s called either special K or vitamin K, the powder that you see that they're using in that picture. And I mentioned that it interrupts those pathways of the brains but the big issue is you have no idea how much of this, that you're getting, it’s addictive, you hallucinate on this medication specially in higher doses and lower doses, it’s suppose to give you euphoria and make you feel high but at what price? Dr. Jim Sears: Yeah, even in the hospital it’s a difficult medicine to use, you know there could be problems and so trying to use that on the streets, forget it. I mean some of the -- I think you mention, high blood pressure. It also kind knocks you out so if you're using it you're going to be vulnerable to sexual assault, impaired judgment, hallucinations and probably with the worst one is, you can lose the ability to breathe. Dr. Travis Stork: So if you take a little bit too much, you're instantaneously going to stop breathing and there's not some magical quick reversal.
