Now does everybody serve food with dark chocolate? Anybody here not like chocolate? Very rare. Again, the punch here is not that it is good for you but anybody in the room not interested now there is too much, the last they looked, I was very good with my skill, which was either good or bad. The best way to control how your skin looks is if they have a certain amounts of dark chocolate because (Inaudible) and I can tell right now, if you do a great and beautiful job in trying to make sugars and paying no attention to the skin, the skin will actually result in looking great. (Inaudible) so again, you can dislike the SPF essentially. This increases your skin’s ability to block the damaging vibration of the sunlight which of course is (Inaudible) in California sun and in Florida is a very important thing.
You want to double the blood flow of the skin by chocolate, you double the hydration and as you get older, you will notice that your skin gets dryer and dryer. One way to double hydration naturally besides putting creams and ointments on your skin is to have dark chocolate in your milk. You have got to use portion control because obviously, you see if I have five candy bars, I do not care what you are doing this for, you are going to gain weight because it is just not the way to do. In the Oprah Show, they talked about portion control and I held up my hand and I said, what will you have, a handful of nuts everyday? She put her hand next to mine and said, my hand is half your size, I get two handfuls (Inaudible). You only get one handful but again, you have controlled portions so you take out your portions which are only 120 calories in this Superfood candy bar and that is not a lot of calories and you put the other part of it in the fridge or some place else so you do not sit down and eat the whole candy bar because we are going to eat.
