Morgan: Capital zone for a few things whether it’s Resident Evil or Street Fighter, great production values, very visceral action pack experiences, strong memorable characters.
Jose: If you look at their characters from Rio to Megan Man, they’ve got the style about them, something about kind they’re electronic, they can pop.
Jim: I think the American characters tend to be much more shallow, you know big guy who runs out and they can shoot everything.
Matt: What we want to do is I think like what’s some of the Japanese games do. We wanted Will to be somebody who looked very capable but not somebody who just looked like an impossible character.
Keiji: I believe that Will is just as powerful a character as any other Capcom character from the past.
Morgan: There’s a common school of Wilson that say, “Your character needs to be blink slate so that the player can be in the first person.” One of the quotes that to finish on, you generally says, “No, your character should be a character.”
Jim: Will is an ex-military pilot who’s been bitten down by life a little bit.

In his own world, on his own doesn’t need anyone to help. He isn’t asking for any ones help.
[Demonstration]
Jose: His main motivation at the beginning is just I want to get the hell out of here. I don’t want to be in place. I want to get home. And over the course of the stories, start realizing, you know actually maybe I should help these other people get out of here as well.
Keiji: Heroes don’t just fight for themselves.
Morgan: Outside of his character flows, Will is cool. He is probably a little more going hold than the rest of us. He props a jet pack to his bag. He doesn’t even know how to use it.
Keiji: That takes a very special kind of bravery.
Jose: He’s not coming in on a big tank with 50 other guys. A lot of times, it’s just him on a rocket pack suit him to the cracks and that makes him very dangerous.
Eva actually is a complicated character. She is a love interest of Wills. Back in the day when they first met each there, they almost got married but stuff didn’t work out.
Morgan: Not dramatically love tension of like a love that’s about to happen. It’s sort of like walking on like your parent’s bakery and like there’s an old fight that’s going on.
Jose: Eva knows a lot more than she’s looking on. Over the course of the game, the players are going to start to realize that.
Morgan: Thinks you think you know you are right but not fully and here’s the full story behind them. Eva represents one of the few people that actually know.

Jim: Tesla is one of coolest characters we could ever have top into.
Jose: Nicola, Tesla in the game is a scientist and an inventor who has been lost and somehow he’s ended up in the void.
Jim: He’s kind of operating in this laboratory on the fridge of society and he’s really spearheading a revolt.
[Demonstration]
Jose: His person who’s giving them access to all of these cool gadgets, the helmet for the hover packing and the big airship the ark that they’re moving to get across, this big expands of void.
Morgan: If Will presents the sort of brawny agile part of what they needed in a hero, Tesla is definitely the brain for the operation.
Jose: It’s a little rare the way that we’re using Tesla in this game because he’s a real world figure and there is all this back story out of him and we think that’s really exciting.
Matt: I think Tesla is cool. He’s like the misunderstood genius of you know the first part of this entry.
Jose: Historically, Tesla is a scientist adventure. He arguably created the radio.
Morgan: Men, I think he’s known for his work on the transmission of electricity, I mean familiar with test the coil. Most people don’t really know what it’s for but it’s energy transmission.
Jim: Edison was so frighten on them that his famous rival re-existed between the two that even to this day, it’s kind of almost mythically out of proportion.
Jose: There are all kinds of these weird different things that are associated with Tesla. There are ideas from Tesla about teleportation. He created this death ray. He might have contact with aliens.
Matt: He was testing something and trees are falling over on the other side of the world.
Morgan: Before Tesla was found ultimately dead, he’d actually been gone for a while, a couple days not no one could ever account for so we’re plain with that same that Will. Three days on earth can be 20 years in the void, right?
