Okay, now are trims are on so the next step is to finish it of and we want to go to prime this and base coat it. However, you might want to fill in and the little cracks that are around it or nail holes and get everything and set that down completely. I have primed it, sanded it and now base time with a nice creamy color. Yes, we are doing that finally the painting part, which is were I am a professional. So, let us get to it and what I am going to do is two different techniques. I am going to first start with Marvelite Red paint, when I call it and it is a very dreamy look. I love this is finish and it looks great on. Really simple and flat surfaces, which is kind of what we have here on top and then, we will do an antique glazing technique. Just give it a little more character.

All right, so you see a little that goes up on 2 X 4 to make it easier to get along with the edge, the bottom. I am going to use different colors. Of course, that makes that end of my base color and I am red painting, of course I am going to give you all the details on how do this technique, but you can do it right here now. It is so much fun, fast easy, quick and just a lovely furnish.

This goes so quickly that is one of the reason I love this. You can really do it on walls and mark in walls and the face in no time. Oh! So, what I am doing now? Well, I am really happy with the way it looks right now. I just want to finish it of and that is with the—what kind of technique is this. It is glazing technique and I advantage this look on various cabinets and on the furniture fun with me and I think I do now have my – DVD too, so it just the way accent this. Give it a little extra character and you can--that is super special. I hope just that I have been working that for so many days.

Yes, okay let us do the box, itself now. And, look at this thing, is it not great as it is and it is really cute. Love the finish, but this extra step just makes a little bit of difference that I think. Oh! I do not know let us just finishes this off.

Oh! So, what I am going to do now put down the special hinge, so that top does not flop all the way back. You know Mr. Strong had his great hinge that keep your kids prevent from getting smashed. And, I do not have one of those, so this will work just great. All right, there we go. Now I have my hook just, is it not great? Now, I have to figure out what do I put in a whole chest. I made this box is simply too small for my Mr. Wonderful. You know what I can actually use this as a Barbara’s Handy Goddess toolbox, is it not great? I could just open it up and put all my tools in it, so they have a home and I could just sit here and hope for more tools.
