Speaker: Okay, so try next one. We have a ginger bread shaped man here and you can use this for a ginger bread cookies or a cookie, basically any kind of cookie that you can use a cookie color for. And this is another technique that sort of usually you can find out also but in fact come in the entire cookie.
So in this situation I am going to take little bit of red color. I am going to roll it then. Now what you want to do, if you're using the POSS machine, and I just want black through here. I am just going to get down drag it and I am going to -- from underneath clean it off. Sometime a little bit of dough stick on there and they won't come on to your color.
So look at this another thickest level again on rolling. What we are going to do is we are basically going to make a scarf for the ginger bread man, so in order to prepare this cookie all we need to do to take a little bit of butter cream and just put it around his neck. Okay, too much, and then what I do is I take my pizza cutter and I am going to basically just cut a thin strip to make a scarf. You want to be doing exact you can certainly use a ruler to roll it up against it and if you just going to wing (ph) it, you can definitely do that too. We will cut the ends to make it sharp from the ends.
So basically you are just going to put this scarf on your ginger bread man. Do it, the scarf by yourself. You're going to tuck it around his neck. Make sure it sticks to the butter cream because that's your anchor. You go wrap around his neck again make sure its sticks onto that butter cream, but this scarf, it's a little too long for Mr. Ginger Bread Man, so I just going to trim it up a little bit using the prairie knife. We're doing to a few of these, you may learn to measure out with size, but for the cookie. And now basically what we are going to do is add a little decorative touch.
Take the prairie knife, we are going to just slice a few little fringes to the end of the scarf. You can also use a pair of scissors, small salon scissors and that's where your cookie looks like with a fringe on it.
Okay, now to decorate him, we need to give him a little face. So we can do one or two things. We can either paste on using icing or we can use our design pen that I just show you about. So let me show you how you can do that. Draw right off cookie again. Very easy, no messy piping job or icing. He is done.
