I like to do the Buttocks Massage with the client in a side lying position.

I start with circle Effleurage to warm up the area.

I keep a broad contact to increase the friction.

For this technique, I wrap my left hand or on the front of the hip and slightly pull with my left hand towards my body while I push with the right hand into the buttocks.

This technique is especially good for those who have problems using their fingers or feel pain in their fingers when they do massage. Again I am using my left hand here to stabilize the hip and to create a little bit account of pressure.
