Another easy way to find the document is, to let the software do the work for you. In the search tab, type what you are looking for, and click search. In this case, 343 documents were found, with the most relevant being on top of the list. You will notice, we all often have multiple variations available for specific document. Any version of Microsoft Word can be used; in this case we are using Office2007. If you do not have office, do not worry, Business in a Box has a built in text editor. All the regular features that you are used to, can be use like inserting text, changing fonts, printing and saving.
To help you become even more productive, use the auto fill function, and the edit menu select auto fill information. Complete the form and save.
Now, watch the yellow highlighted area, as the auto fill button is clicked. Now your information is part of the document. Let us go back to the browse tab. Having 1300 documents at your fingertips is great, but can be overwhelming. To resolve this, use the My File Section. When you find documents that have interest, simply right click and sent to and Mail Recipient. This will open your default e-mail application and the document as an attachment. And you are ready to send.
