Submissions 101. We have a request for Bear Hug from the front over top the arms. Dan is to bear hug. What am I going to do is, I'm going to place my hands on his hip, push out, you need to create space first. Second thing I'm going to do is take my hand putting on his back. Third thing grabbing on to his triceps, Now I'm going to pull in. My feet are inside the box, they are not out here, they are right here. Lean down, prop him up on my hip and now turn, pulling him over. The another angle, Dan is here, down, up, turn him. Bear Hug Escape.
