Derek: Alright, you always got to be on your toes, right, so you can go left and right so same thing on defense, so if you’re playing a defense on me and I’m playing basketball how will you act? If I go this way you’re with me right? So baseball is the same thing you got to be in a ready position and you got to be on the balls of your feet so you can go left or right at anytime alright so we’re going to work on our ready position. So I’m acting like a pitcher and when I get ready to throw that’s when you guys get ready, okay. There we go. Now you what’s you need to do, Joe you need to spread your legs out a little bit. Yeah like that because put them back together. Now if you’re like that I can just push you out of the way right but now spread out, when I try to push you you’re better right? Okay, we’ll try one more time. Ready, now you guys are ready to go. Now you’re tall so you want to make sure that you got your but down a little bit see I’m tall to so you don’t want to go like this so I make sure you get some butt down. Alright one thing you got to realize when you’re playing defense, you always want to make sure hand, glove is on the ground, alright. See make sure you get your butt but your other hand is out here you always want to there you go so we’re going to do some drills like that without the glove and make sure you guys are down.
