Design a web layout using photoshop

I am going to show you how to use Adobe Photoshop 7.0 in order to create a basic web design layout. You click on “new”. You choose the width “800” the height is “700”, click on “Okay”, maximize it, and use the elliptical tool. Go to the top left corner. Go down, I think this is it. Choose the color that you want. I want to use blue in this case. Now, we are going to use the rectangular tool. We are going to come right here in the middle where the line over the circle is touching the edge of the document. We will create the left side. We are also going to make it the same color. You might need to click twice to get rid of this white line. And then we are also going to use the rectangular tool one more time. Go to the top middle, point, create the top middle. Also choose the same color. You might also need to click twice to get rid of the white line and then we are going to make this look like a bar. We are going to make it right click, bring the options, move this so we can see. We are going to use color tool. Click “okay”. This is how we are going to make it look like a bar. Now, we are also going to create a border by using the stroke option. Stroke and then change the color to black. Also make it white. Click “okay”, this is the border right here. This is the one that we did. Now, we are going to create a menu. Switch those and then change from “paint bucket” to “gradient”, that is how it looks. Now, we are going to do, we should have links here, a logo on the top and a slogan right underneath it and also the rings for their top menu. We are going to make it black so it can be clear.
