All of us taken by mute of poison everyday. Much of the food we eat contains pesticides, herbicides, dies preservatives, flavorings, processing chemicals, artificial growth hormones, antibiotics and even tranquilizes. On top of that air pollution a numerous environmental toxins also zip into our bodies, to our lungs and skin. When the body is overloaded with these poisons, the detoxifying organs such the liver kidneys and skin are compromised. When this happen the immune system is weaken. Other systems do not function properly and to generate if disease can occur.
Therefore, to prevent disease from gaining of put holding your body it is important to proactively help your body remove toxins. This process is called detoxification and can be done on your own if you well or under the guidance of holistic healthcare professional if you are suffering from a disease.
