Devil Stick Juggling - Under the Leg Behind Back

Another trick you can do is simply taking your hand stick. In this case my right stick, the white stick and I’m going to stick it underneath my leg hopefully keeping my balance as I keep the middle stick going. And you can alternate it with your one leg and the yellow leg back and forth.

You can also take your stick. In this case it is going to be the black stick. My left hand and I’m going to pull the double stick over to my right side as I slip the black stick behind my back. Okay and I’ll really reach over.

Okay and those are just some basic off body movements you can use while keeping the middle stick going.
