This tutorial will tutorial will walk you through how to set up a call if you if you are brand new to the system. The first step is to sign up for an account. Once you have an account you will log in to your control panel. At the top of the page you will click on the set up a call tab. Here you will choose between the free service and the premium service because this is a brand new account I have not purchase any call credit so I am going to use the free service. Here you will enter the title of recording you want to be played.

Then you will choose the voice gender. The voice gender really comes into play when you use our text to speech tool. This is where you able to type a message in and will digitize it for playback. The touch-tone phone greeting will allow you input the telephone number will call you right away and you will be able to record a message to be played back. The upload away file will allow you to upload a file from your computer. This is the one we are going to choose since I have the sample file. You can see your greeting is being process and it may take a few minutes depending on the size of the file so be patient and make sure you only click the add recording button once.

You can see that the greeting has been added successfully and shows up here. If you would like to listen to your sound file you can click on the blue play button. Once you are happy with your sound file click continue to step three. This is the contacts page. Your contacts so the people who have receive your group call. To add contacts click on the green button. Click, add will allow you to add contacts by copying and pasting numbers into the system. Importing will allow you to import a database. We are going to click add new contacts individually for this example. Here you will enter a names and phone numbers.

Really, only the phone numbers required. The email field comes into play if you would like your message to be mailed out. This option can be chosen in the next step. Once you have your contacts in there where always be in the system. It is a good idea to set up a group if it is for a baseball team or group of friends that you will like to be contacted in the future.
We will continue to step four. I am going to select to email this recording and send the message to my own phone number. Make sure that the caller ID number is the one that you would like displayed. You will select the time that you would like to call to go out. If you do not know your time zone you can click on this link and select to your local time.
You will want to make sure to confirm your information before scheduling the call, and your call has been successfully scheduled and it is set to go out. You can click the link to return the control panel. Here you will see the scheduled call. If you should need to cancel your call, you can click on the cancel this call button and that is how you set up a call.
