DialMyCalls: How To Add New Call Contacts

This tutorial will show you how to add contact to your “my contacts page”. First you will log in to your control panel and click on to “my contacts” tab at the top. There is three different ways to add a contact. The first way is to add them individually. So here you will enter information into the fields. Now, only the phone numbers are required. The name is for you to keep track of who is who. The email is important if you want to use our feature that sends out the message through email along with the call. You will be able to choose this option when setting-up your call.

You can add to a group or to create a new group here. Now, we will add the contacts and go back and this will add the contact into the system and go back to the main page. If we click this again and type in more information, and we choose the “add another contact” after this, it will add the contact and bring up this window again making it easy to add in more contacts. The quick add allows you to enter numbers on each line or separated by commas so you can copy and paste the numbers into the system. The “import contacts” allows you to upload a data base from excel or .CSV file. What you will do is download one of this sample files and it will show you how to format the data base to get the info uploaded. Then you will save out the file on your computer, browse for the file and import it into our system.
