Edith: Hi my name is Edith Gold and I'm going to make Dill Salmon today. It’s very easy, it takes just a moment, you take your salmon and you place it skin down in a baking dish. And the first thing that you do is salt it, just put a touch of salt, and I prefer Kosher salt and a little pepper.
Then to keep it moist, you take mayonnaise whatever makes you happy and you place it generously over the salmon, then you take one lemon and you squeeze it, getting some seeds in it, and then take fresh dill. I would say from the grocery store, one package, and place it completely over the salmon. I'm going to need to go to the sink now and I'm going to put some water and here probably of that a fourth of a cup. And place it in a 400 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes. That usually moist and delicious and has a delicious dill taste. Let's see, have this turn down, moist and beautifully, you can smell the dill.
