Hi, and welcome to this week’s Screw the Gym video. In this month’s series, we will show you how to stay in shape with everyday activities around the house. Today, you will see how vacuuming can make you sweat. Long smooth strokes will get you the best workout while vacuuming. You will notice her biceps, triceps, and core muscles are being worked as she pushes and pulls the vacuum back and forth. There you go. Work those arms. So this week, screw the gym and clean your house while your workout but even though you are cleaning you can still be a little dirty.
