Welcome to this weeks tip segment. Let us give you a few things that you might want to do. The first one that I want you to revisit roses, if you have a sunny spot even half a day of good sun, how about checking out a brand of rose called the knock out rose. I got a bunch of these in the garden and they are spectacular. There are a little bit different they have been bread to really nappy susceptible to disease and funguses and other problems. So, if you tried roses and it did not have good luck, go on and see if you can find a brand of these particular roses again, knock out rose.
The other thing that you should be doing this time of year is of course weeding. I keep weeding for the next three weeks and I still would not be done. Also, check you are watering, if we do not have rain for four, five days in a row, it is very warm this time of the year. The sun is strong, so things dry out. So, it is not only be watering things like your lawn and your perennials but also check those pots that you have around the house, to be sure that those do not need watering. And again just to reminder, when you do water, you want to water early in morning, water deep and less frequently. So example, your lawn you want to water maybe once or twice a week half hour 45 minutes, not everyday for 5 minutes that is the worst thing you can do. Check back next week for more tips here at growingwisdom.com.
