Hi, this is Francisco Bujan from vitalcoaching.com, we are talking about personal power, waking up your power, and the topic for this video is do it now. I do not know if you have a plan for the day, if you have a plan for tomorrow, you have certain things that you know you had to this lawn; you have to talk to somebody, make a couple choirs. There are certain things that sometimes you have to do. You know that they have to be done and you keep delaying them. And while you delay them, this thing in your mind, you think that because you delay them, you are not investing in them right now, but it is not true.
Because it is there as a plan, as something that you have to do, it is in your mind, it is in your mind, it is being fed by your mind, by your energy. So a very simple way to free energy, to get extra power, to get extra energy is to finish what you have to finish and very often, certain things, certain action are very simple today, sometimes it is just making a quick call to somebody or writing something down or finishing a report or taking some action, being available. There are lots of very simple actions that you can take on the spot rather that delaying them. And when you notice that something needs to be done, just do it straight to win, see how it feels, okay. rather than making a note, rather than making a to do list and keep accumulating things that need to be done, just go ahead and do it straight away.
Now, sometimes, what stops us from taking that action is that, we believe or we feel that the way we are going to take that action is not going to be perfect. Because when this somebody finished, you can ask yourself this action we do not know how today. But the truth is that, sometimes most of the actions that we take do not need to be perfect, right. You can simply grow hectic the action and it is done, it is finished. That is one part of your life which is behind, I mean it might be a small action, something very simple but once it is done, that is it, it is done, and it is finished. So that is one strategy that you can start at line straight away. When you wake up in the morning and you realized that there are few thing that you need to do today rather than making a to do list, rather than you know kind of planning it longer and thinking about it and delaying it and procrastinating on it. You cannot release that. Taking action straight away on the spot without delaying it. Without fear, without hesitation, rather that holding back, you start taking action and go directly to that part, into what you have to do. Okay?
This is a very simple strategy that you can start applying on the spot really think about maybe four or fiver things that you must do and how it will feel once they are done. Okay? Sometimes it would take maybe five minutes to do it. But having them out of your mind is going to clear your life, clear your energy and make you feel much better. So again. Think about that and maybe you write down a couple of thing, two to five things, five actions that you can take right now and then ready to solve your life very fast. Okay? That is going to free energy, make you feel more at peace maybe. And take away some burden or some worry that you might have in your mind. Think about it. Maybe write it done and then start taking action. Just go ahead and see how it feels. Okay. Hope this makes sense. Take care and have a good day. Bye.
