I am Steve Turano. Welcome to this episode of Body Performance. Let me give you a little piece of advice. Don’t listen to people who have lost weight because you will only get confused, depressed, and you’ll get upset because you are not doing the same thing they are doing and they are going to tell you “You are wrong” and how they were right because they lost all the weight and on and on and on.
So the only reason why somebody has lost weight is because they have created a calorie deficit. Now they may not even know how and why it occurred. I mean, I have been on an airplane, I’d even write a book about one but that doesn’t qualify me to fly one. So just because somebody lost weight, it doesn’t mean it qualifies them to dish out an advice. Understand, when people lose weight the only reason they loose weight is because they have created a calorie deficit.
So it doesn’t matter how you create the calorie deficit as long as you create one. So don’t worry about what they have eaten or what they did. Listen to them and congratulate them but don’t worry about it. As long as you are taking care of business in creating your calorie deficit weight loss will occur for you. Love your body.
