I was watching TV this weekend and I bumped into two info commercials on weight loss and fitness. And just what I thought, they could invent no other gimmicks. They came up with two more.
One was, you balance a little made tramp and somehow you magically bounce those pounds right off were they went. The second one, was either so sort of belly dancing. We stood there and swiveled rotated frosted your hips, and magically it does six packs. Well, let me tell you something, in frosting your hips gave you six packs. In every newly wed, in every college students in America would be skinny. It does not.
Let us stick with the basics. Why? Because the basics work. That is what your coach in college told you or in high school when you play in football, baseball, basketball, golf they said stick with the basics. And that is the same with weight loss, basics work.
Cardio. Cardio that is somewhat strenuous , walking, jogging, running. When you want to loose weight you do those. Basics, eating three meals a day, two snacks a day, fish, chicken lots of vegetables, lots of fruits, not to many additional calories from deserts and drinks. These are the basics. These are the things that work. I am giving them to you for free. If there were secrets out there, I would let you know but there are not. It is just a little hard work and discipline.
