Female Speaker: Why are you so open about your errors? Male Speaker: Well, when I started writing, it was not until when I was in training and understanding I was making mistakes and what my responsibility was for mistakes. It was the sort of thing I just didn't find being spelled out in textbooks or explained and so it wasn't that I set out to be open about my errors. Instead, I was just trying to ask some questions that - and then feel like I got the answers to how do I get better, why is medicine imperfect and then what's the difference between people who are merely competent, what they do and those were great on that they do.
