Dr. Phil: What I want you to do is think about biting in to a really crisp del pickle, now think about, I mean just think about it exploding into your mouth, the smell, and you see, what's happening to you, whether they draw back is in the front row and mainly you start saliving now think about how powerful that is I did not touch you I did not introduce the smell, I did not introduce the taste all I did was introduce an image and your body powerfully responded and instantaneously you started salivated, that's how powerful the connection is between your thinking and your body's reactivity, if it happens there you have to understand if you are depressed and you are thinking depress starts then your body is going to respond in that way too.
