Put the right foot back. Exhale, defensive stance, inhale lengthen, exhale left block, right punch, right kick, push away. Inhales go back, right block, left punch, left kick, push. Taking the combination 360 with Dragon Breath; inhale energy, block, punch, kick, push away to the back; block, punch, kick, push away stepping left. Hit it behind, stepping left, hit it behind, stepping left, hit it behind, stepping left, hit it behind, gathering together at the top of the mat, end of prayer, slow down your breath, controlling your heart rate, controlling your breath.
