Hi! I am Johnny Lavoy and I am a hair stylist with Fort Artist. What I am going to do now is show you how to take that simple pony tail, dressing up to make it modern. I am going to start by putting a little back home in the crown, or some texture in volume. What I am going to do is continue this to other hair behind the ear. One step is done. I am just going to put a little spray net to hold it. And I am going to take a bristle brush and just lightly smooth out the top and start gathering the hair into a ponytail. And to put a twist on this ponytail, I am going to drag it over to the side and secure it with elastic Now what I am going to do is add a hair accessory like this head band that you can get on the street or on any store, it is fun because it has a little scarf on it, hide my elastic. Then I am just going to work with my models bangs, sweep it over to the side and there you have it. A twist on an everyday ponytail.
