David Epstein: Hi, I am David Epstein welcome at Growing Wisdom and you know holiday season and actually all year along. You may have gas coming to your house and maybe want to send them home with a little special something and it is not necessary a doggy bag. So I brought Henry Schmidt and who came to this idea of the centerpiece is actually sort of take home centerpiece. So, tell me about what we have done here and why guest are going to really enjoy this?
Henry Schmidt: Well, we have just taking a platter or plate that you have this are individual houseplant that we have just put a dark green foil around. We have tucked them in through here so that you can see them. We have added a couple of fresh flower arrangements, a candle that can be lift as you see because it is going between this two leaves.
So, that you can lay it to go down and then in this case we have some artificial gourds you just tie it all together in the back. So, after dinner after they are going you can give them their choice of a little houseplants or herb and here two we have Rosemarie and Siege as well as little many Pam and things are going. So, you have a collection of plants whatever their interest is.
David Epstein: It is really a great idea because then when the gas leave you know you could give them something like this little Pam. The centerpiece is you do not have to be worry about watering it, put the dish away and you sent your gas home happy.
Henry Schmidt: Are we doing it for the next party?
David Epstein: It is just a sort of a gift that keeps on giving for people.
Henry Schmidt: That is right.
David Epstein: It is really is a great idea to sort of get into that giving spirit during the holiday season.
Henry Schmidt: Exactly!
