Gerlynn: Emmett McCarthy made his flash debut on Bravo’s Project Runway which is America’s hottest new fashion reality show. And you know what, for being in that show, he got to open up his newest shop bearing the very cool name of EMC 2. I love this dress. Emmett: Gerlynn, you look so hot. Why don’t we try this to complete the outfit. Gerlynn: Ooh, very chic. This store is very unique. What inspires you? Emmett: I like to keep my designs very classic and clean with quality fabric. Gerlynn: So I guess your fine clienteles are specific as well. Emmett: We have a lot of metropolitan, chic, urban women. We also have a large clientele who are tourists who come to know the shop. Gerlynn: You have anything else for me to try on? Emmett: Yes we do. Gerlynn: Let's go. I'm definitely ready for a night out in the town tonight. Now why Nolita, specifically? Emmett: I chose this spot because I live here. I came here just for a college and I stayed here sort of party came to me. I think in Nolita, we offer a lot of young designers and very small boutiques offering unique merchandise. If you're coming in and buying very limited this, so you're not going to wind up with the same party with someone wearing the same dress. Gerlynn: I feel like you're my personal shopper for today.
