Male 1: That is her son if you saw her baby in the hospital, just have to go by the nursery and you looked at him. What will make you think there is something wrong or something right with the normal new born? What else should you be looking for?
Male 2: Whenever we examine a newborn baby, there are several things you can look at. For example, we look at the movements of the baby, the baby’s arms and legs. One of the mistakes that a lot of people make is actually when we examine new born baby is they will first start poking him and trying to do things with him. Actually the best thing to do originally is just to look at the baby.
Male 1: Good observation.
Male 2: Good observation just from a distance and watching what he is doing, watch his movements and you see if he has the normal repertoire movements if he is moving both arms and legs symmetrically. Sometimes they usually move one side more than the other or they will not move. As much as they showed them that they move too much more than they should.

Male 2: Sure. She start doing that by that point. I mean will also hope that they are just trying to help their head control, a better control of their limbs and body as well.
Male 1: There is a little leg and a monthly observation.
Male 2: Sure. Sure.
Male 1: By three months, is her head like strong?
Male 2: They should be able to control their head. When you are lifting them up, you know it might lag slightly but again they should be able to have of their head to be able lift it properly.
Male 1: Or we say they have like you mean, to pull up and keep your hands in their head should go with body?
Male 2: Exactly.
Male 1: Okay. But if it stays backwards a lot—
Male 2: It is like having you get a problem.
Male 1: And if you see the kids shivering and shaking and touching, the reflexes are overacting, that is the bad side. Is that true?
Male 2: Well sometimes. It depends, you know a lot of times babies have a lot of shaking movements.
Male 1: Let us talk about a three months old?
Male 2: Yes even if three months old, I mean you can see, you some quivering of the limb especially in sleep when waking him and going to sleep, they are having an abnormal movements.
Male 1: Well it is not all the time.
Male 2: Yes.
Male 1: A change would not be big deal.
Male 2: Yes, we need to be evaluated and of course, any other abnormal movements that arm especially on a baby, you have to evaluate.
Male 1: When would you expect the kid to take something from working in transfer it to other hand, would that be normal?
Male 2: Start transferring, from three months they can start doing that. Four months, you can start seeing it, of course we do not see it by five, six months as I can concern.
Male 1: But does it always mean that there is a problem but it is a little bit awkward.
Male 2: Exactly. It is time you want to look at.
Male 1: You also watching kid moving before people be more expense when they are in the room.
Male 2: Sure yes. You will be responding a sound, responding to life, the color, people faces, all different things. Remembering also that when we are talking about development of babies, everything is on a bell curve where as some kid, some children will do things earlier on, something children will do them later on and they are still with in the range of normal,
