Kane: No excuses, there are no excuses in tonight’s exercise. So, something you can do it, I don’t think you’re going to get away with that -- your everybody’s plan here come on Robert grab some. So, doesn’t have laundry detergent at home, everybody does, so by two little ones and set a one big one and use that as something to do exercise. So you guys keep doing this don’t stop.
Robert: Kane, let’s get our audience involved, you’ll have bands they’re called aylio bands, right.
Kane: Yeah.

You mentioned you love kick boxing and look at this you can straight to a resistant kick boxing move right here. So simple keep doing watch your doing, I want your shoulders to burn and I want don’t want you’re punching with your neighbors, these little sackers cost about $5, okay?
