Audra Lowe: Alright, so earlier Rihanna and legendary New York Baker Seth Greenberg teamed up to make one great cookie I have to say so now we’re going to go back in the kitchen with them and see what else they can do with that same recipe.
Rihanna: Thanks again Audra. We're here with master baker Seth Greenberg from Seth Greenberg's Just Desserts and we already made the cookie dough as you can see, we already showed you the first cookie. Now, we have the linzer cookie.
Seth Greenberg: Linzer cookies right. We’re just going to take the same dough. We’ve rolled it out a little bit thinner using a narrower dough. And now we're just going to cut little circles.
Rihanna: That's easy enough. Even I can do that.
Seth Greenberg: Because this dough is so soft, you can't just pick these up like we did with the thumbprint cookies.
Rihanna: It is soft.
Seth Greenberg: And this you have to help along a little bit. Well, we're just going to cut the holes out of half of this to make the center's and then we’ll bake them and then as soon as they’re cool, we'll just put a little jam between, a little powdered sugar. And we will have our little sandwich cookies. So, the last thing we do is we just poke a few holes to make sure they bake nice and flat and then when our done, into the ovn the go. Ready?
Rihanna: Yes.
Seth Greenberg: Same 350 degrees.
Rihanna: Now, these are beautiful golden brown.
Seth Greenberg: And we’ve taken them out, it takes about 10 to 12 minutes. And then we let them cool until they're—they really have to be cool because you don't want to melt the sugar—set up and you make a little circle of jam.
Rihanna: Perfect!
Seth Greenberg: And you tap them. Take our powdered sugar. We just dust a little bit on top.
Rihanna: All done.
Seth Greenberg: No.
Rihanna: No, almost done.
Seth Greenberg: Almost done.
Rihanna: More—
Seth Greenberg: More—well I can't have enough. You can have a ring, you need to have a center.
Rihanna: This look delicious, thank you so much Seth.
