Tiffany Young: Yehey! Ben Freedman: This is the day where we like to answer some of your email and the first email we have today is “I have a long trip coming up. What do I need to take with me to make using my laptop easier?” Well take a look at gadgets. Well this one we go on a trip you could take a laptop. What's your favorite laptop accessory? Tiffany Young: I am so glad that you ask Ben. My very favorite laptop accessory at the moment of course it revolves and evolves as the entire technology comes up but for the moment it's this Logitech mouse. It's the cutest little portable mouse, easy to pack. It has a little USB slot inside of it where as a USB holder, where a USB jack actually comes out to plug into your laptop, so you really— Ben Freedman: That’s wireless, no wireless. Tiffany Young: It’s totally wireless isn’t that cool? Ben Freedman: And it goes here inside that’s why. Tiffany Young: And it goes inside and Logitech has a good name. They're a very good product. I happen to have a lot of experience with Logitech and I really trust their product and this one certainly has not let me down. Ben Freedman: I was out for looking for different accessories on there that is very cool. Tiffany Young: Thanks. Ben Freedman: And I found this little accessory kit that you can get from Tripp Lite. I was looking for this because one of my biggest problems when I travel with the laptop, I end up using in a dark hotel rooms or in a dark car or dark areas. Tiffany Young: Because you have children that are probably sleeping. Ben Freedman: Exactly and also if you're on the airplane and the lights are off and I have trouble typing in the dark. Tiffany Young: Right. Ben Freedman: So I was looking for a laptop accessory kit but had and this one does a USB light, so we plugged this in here and you put it up there and you can shine the light down on your keyboard because I have trouble typing in. Tiffany Young: That is so cool, that is so cool. Ben Freedman: And this little kit also comes with a little USB 2.0 hub, so you can plug in multiple devices. Everyone takes multiple devices on their you know. Tiffany Young: We all do. Ben Freedman: Yeah, we all do so when you go on vacation and finally it has a mouse that is not wireless. Tiffany Young: Oh! That’s so cute. Ben Freedman: Digital, you know, optical mouse with an extendable cables, so you can plug that in and then when you're done with it, it just. Tiffany Young: That is so cute, that is going to be my new must-have kit at my list. Ben Freedman: It is a very cool kit. Tiffany Young: Add to my gadget bag. Ben Freedman: Well, I would. Tiffany Young: To get it kind of heavy. Ben Freedman: The light is the most important thing to me because I cannot type in the dark and I know that the new Macs have backlit keyboards very cool, I’d like to get that. Tiffany Young: Oh! They do? Ben Freedman: Yeah, they do. Tiffany Young: Oh! That is cool. I am very, very close just right on the verdict why I'm not buying a Mac. Ben Freedman: And probably a good show when you do that. Tiffany Young: Yeah. Ben Freedman: And then we review the Mac when you get one. Tiffany Young: I would love that. Ben Freedman: And our next question is I want to record and audio podcast on my computer, how can I get the best sound quality? Tiffany Young: It's so easy. Ben Freedman: And the answer is? Tiffany Young: It's so easy, I have a Samsung that puts the model Samsung, and what's the model of my mic do you know? Ben Freedman: Oh! I don’t know, U50, C50 something. Tiffany Young: It's a USB mic that really creates studio quality sound wherever you go. It's a little bit big but the sound quality is amazing and that’s what I use for the news of the week, so if you’ve had a chance to really listen into the news on Mondays that we’re doing you can really kind of tell the sound quality and that’s you know that’s into the quiet room. Ben Freedman: Yeah, because you're just not going to get kind of quality with the built-in mic. Tiffany Young: The built in mic on stinks. Ben Freedman: On your laptop or one of those tiny little mics that you're going to get. Tiffany Young: Don’t even bother. Yeah it's not worth it especially if you're trying to get a podcast quality audio file, you really need the mic. Ben Freedman: You just wanted an external studio quality mic and a USB mic I think they're only $60.00 or $70.00 they're not that a lot of money. Tiffany Young: They're not expensive at all. Ben Freedman: For what you're getting in a pretty quality. Tiffany Young: Can you put up my mic on there. We need to show a little spot on that speaker. Show them exactly which one I use because I can really highly recommend that one. I used it at every week. Ben Freedman: It is a great little mic.
